On May04, 2012 Solaric exported a 500w complete (E-SHS) solar system to Malaysia. This system will be installed in the office building of a Palm Plantation. There are more than 1500 plantation around Malaysia. They are willing to use solar power for their labor quarters .

PKSF approval for Micro-credit program on Solar Energy
On 3 May, 2012, SOLARIC has been approved by Pally Karma Shongsthan Foundation (PKSF). Under Micro-credit program of PKSF, the NGO's of them can now able to run the renewable energy (solar) project by using SOLARIC products. By this approval, it will be possible to help the poor people make their life better through better communication, education, livelihood, job etc.

National Seminar & Exhibition on Renewable Energy-2012 AT DU
The Institution of Renewable Energy(IRE),University of Dhaka in collaboration with bangladesh Solar Energy Society has organized a three day “National Seminar & Exhibition on Renewable Energy-2012” at University of Dhaka from 1st April-3rd April. Seminar at Grameen Shakti

BAT (British American Tobacco) CSR ACTIVITY
From dec 2011 SOLARIC and BAT(British American Tobacco) have come to an agreement to promote renewable solar energy through the CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) program.BAT requested SOLARIC to bring latest micro-inverter technology to the remote areas of Bangladesh like Khagrachori and Bandarban. As of today SOLARIC installed more than 400 unit to the rural areas where electricity is almost a new thing.
Total Installed units are
1) Merunpara, Khagrachori, 120 houses
2) LAMA, Bandarban, 152 houses
3) Hazarchora, 169 Houses

2nd ICDRET 2012
The 2nd international conference on the developments in renewable energy technology (ICDRET 2012) was held on January 5-7 at , 2012 United international University.The organizer of this conference was United international University, Chaired by UIU Vice Chancellor M.Rezwan Khan.
This 2nd ICDRET was attended by various foreign and domestic companies and organizations such CEAGE(center for energy and the global environment),Virginia Tech, IEEE, IDCOL, Grameenphone etc. Papers and journals on renewable energy were presented and discussed in different sessions of this conference covering a lot of aspects. SOLARIC also participated along with them in this event to promote a new energy saving way to utilize Solar Energy.

DESCO visitation at SOLARIC
On 16 nov a team of 30 individuals (engineers and others) visited SOLARIC head office at Baridhara and FACTORY at badda .After a conference in ASCOTT hotel at 1.30 pm the DESCO team divided in to two groups and toured SOLARIC head office and factory.
